The Odyssey Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece Kit has everything for a beginner or advancing tenor saxophonist to get going again straight away. Including not just the mouthpiece, but a ligature and cap. This USA made mouthpiece has been made from an ebonite body with a 0.65 inch tip facing.

The¯ Saxophone Mouthpiece ¯(and Clarinet¯ Mouthpiece)¯ Tip-Size, or Tip-Opening, is the distance between the reed and ¯mouthpiece tip. This number is usually on the side of the ¯mouthpiece ¯body, or on the table. The smaller the tip¯size the narrow the ¯opening; the larger the tip¯size the larger the¯opening.
