Please note: When these bulbs arrive, they may have a sound when rattled. This is not a fault and is a common characteristic of the UV bulb. This is because the bulbs contain gas and when shipped in cold conditions, the gas may crystallize. This does not affect performance and should only take a few uses before the rattle disappears.

Once the bulb(s) has been switched on, it should take approx. 10mins before reaching full capacity. This is due to the bulbs containing a ballast which releases the gas slowly.
