Le CX-500HQ se compose de deux microphones CX-500CI et d'un mélangeur de puissance PS-510M. Cet ensemble de microphones est conçu pour capter les deux côtés de l'instrument folklorique chinois Hu Qin. Il reproduit des cordes cristallines et des harmoniques chaleureuses. Le PS-510M fourni permet de trouver le meilleur mélange de deux microphones.
